McCullough Robertson has advised long-term client, Over the Wire Holdings Limited (ASX: OTW) (OTW), in its strategic, $36m acquisition of all shares in J2 Global’s Australian and New Zealand voice businesses, Cloud Connect Pty Ltd (AUS), and Zintel Communications Limited (NZ).

The deal introduces new solution capability to OTW’s service offering, including call routing intelligence, call management and analytics, via a proprietary technology platform.  Making their introduction to New Zealand, OTW will be joined by a leading team offering a whole of business voice offering to both the Australian and New Zealand SME market.
