RegenCo
Successfully advising RegenCo on its $27 million ‘scrip-for-scrip’ merger with Revaia Pty Ltd, in in which RegenCo acquired 100% of Revaia’s issued capital and expanded its carbon portfolio to a combined annual production of approximately 450,000 net Australian Carbon Credit Units.
We have also advised RegenCo on various approvals and compliance matters.
