Wagners Holding Company IPO
Advising on the third largest ASX listing of 2017 (market capitalisation of $437 million) for iconic construction group, Wagners. We advised on the IPO, as well as the restructuring of the group ahead of the IPO, and the demerger of the Wagners family shareholding (to occur following completion of the IPO).
Bounty Mining Limited
Advising on Bounty Mining’s successful IPO in which Bounty raised $18 million, with $51.4 million shares at 35 cents per share. This was the first coal IPO in five years.
Viralytics Limited
Advising on a cross-border placement at a 27 cent per premium raising $29.6 million from a Chinese life sciences company, Lepu Medical Group. Following this capital raising, we advised on it’s $502 million acquisition by Merck & Co Inc.
Over the Wire Holdings
Advising on a capital raising and double acquisition of Access Digital Networks and Comlinx. We previously led Over the Wire’s IPO and listing on the ASX in 2015 and have since advised on six acquisitions for the company.
Sensera
Acting on its $8.83 million capital raising involving all aspects involving an institutional/sophisticated placement and underwritten 4 for 9 pro rata non-renounceable rights issue, which involved structuring, due diligence and negotiations with the underwriter.
King Island Scheelite Limited
Advising in relation to an underwritten pro rata renounceable rights issue on the basis of one new share for each eight existing shares, with an attaching option for each new share issued.
State Gas Limited
Acting on its $5.25 million IPO, the first IPO of an east coast gas developer-explorer since 2006.
Rural Funds Group
Acting on its $61 million non-renounceable rights issue. The majority of funds raised were used to purchase three cattle properties and livestock in Queensland.
Prescient Therapeutics Limited
Assisting on facilitating Prescient Therapeutics Limited’s equity raising of $9.1 million. The capital raising consisted of a $7 million two tranche placement to institutional and sophisticated investors and a full underwritten pro rata non-renounceable rights issue.
