Assisting Cedar Pacific with their build to rent pilot project with the State of Queensland, unlocking 50 Quay Street, Brisbane for 470 rental apartments including a state subsidy for affordable housing offering.
Cairns community housing
Advising Community Housing (Qld) Limited on the 490 dwelling social, affordable and SDA project in Cairns. The largest community housing project to date in Queensland, this complex transaction involved our property, finance, corporate, tax, construction and planning teams delivering integrated advice.
Bric Housing Redcliffe development
Assisting across all elements of this 18 unit development in Portwood Street, including site acquisition and due diligence, capital funding arrangements, construction contracts, and duty submissions.
Capital funding arrangements
Advising CHPs and peak bodies on capital funding agreements with the State, including presentations on key terms and risks and advice on particular agreements.
Residential tenancy advice
Providing specialist residential tenancy law assistance across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory, including template conditions and fact sheets, as well as advice on issues including termination and behaviour management.
Specialist disability accommodation arrangements
