About the Conference
McCullough Robertson’s State Government Conference brings together legal, human resources and other professionals to explore the key issues shaping Queensland’s employment and industrial relations landscape under the Industrial Relations Act 2016 (Qld).
Tailored for decision makers, HR and legal advisors in the public sector and local government, this half-day program features expert insights to reduce risk and disputes, practical sessions on discipline processes, current case law developments, managing risks around psychosocial safety in employment processes, and a panel discussion to take full advantage of our experienced, senior ERS team in dealing with challenging situations.
