Sophia is an intellectual property lawyer with over 10 years’ experience advising clients on trade mark portfolio strategy, protection, management and enforcement, as well as copyright, designs and domain name issues.

Sophia works with various clients from start-ups to multinationals, across a range of industries including technology, media and entertainment, travel, hospitality, retail and consumer goods, life sciences, and banking and financial services.

She advises on all aspects of Australian and international brand portfolio protection and management, including trade mark filing, prosecution and proceedings before Trade Mark Offices, as well as copyright and designs.

Prior to joining McCullough Robertson, Sophia worked in the IP teams of international law firms in Sydney and London. She also has valuable in-house experience, having worked on secondment in the legal team of a London-headquartered multinational telecommunications business.
