Providing whole-of-project support across government, infrastructure and resources sectors, she has supported a range of clients, from owners and project developers to contractors and suppliers.
Rachel is involved in the drafting and negotiation of a range of contract and tender documents including construction contracts (both standard and bespoke) subcontracts, consultancy and service agreements, and other associated documents for project delivery. With experience working on cross-jurisdictional projects, she has also worked with clients to provide strategic advice on design and construct projects and various alliance agreements.

Advising multiple Queensland and New South Wales local governments in relation to their interface arrangements with ARTC on the Inland Rail Project.

Working across a number of projects, including the Lake Macdonald Dam Upgrade Project and long-term collaborative asset services contract for a portfolio of storage, water treatment and pipeline assets.

Drafting bespoke and standard procurement contracts for local governments including Scenic Rim Regional Council and Mareeba Shire Council, and drafting and advising on contracts for commercial and infrastructure developments and waste procurements.

Assisting Geoscience Australia with the tendering and negotiation of its procurement contracts for the Adavale Basin portion of the Data Drive Discoveries Program.

Drafting bespoke contracts in relation to the expansion and development of the Ban Hoauyxai gold and silver mine in Laos.

Advising private investors in relation to equity stakes in various social infrastructure projects and community housing providers on the acquisition and development of social housing projects.

Advising a contractor in relation to the negotiation of a project alliance agreement with a global mining company in relation to various works at and the operation of its copper mine in Queensland.

Advising on several wharf upgrade and outfall projects including its tender for the Port Kimbe (PNG) upgrade.
