He has over 20 years experience in commercial litigation and regulatory investigations and acts for some of Australia’s largest corporations and government entities operating across a broad range of industries, including the IT, telecommunications, property, resources, health, insolvency and financial services sectors. Jason’s clients include Commonwealth and New South Wales Government departments and agencies, publicly listed national and multi-national corporations and high net worth individuals.
Jason is valued by his clients for his management of large scale, “bet-the-farm” litigation and for his focus on quickly getting to the heart of the legal and commercial issues raised by such disputes.
