She has advised clients on provisions under a comprehensive range of environmental legislation, including the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW), Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW), Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (NSW) and Contaminated Land Management Act 1997 (NSW), as well as an extensive range of local and state environmental planning instruments.
Elizabeth has advised clients including developers, local and State government, architects, contractors, investors and property owners on a range of matters, including proceedings before the NSW Land and Environmental Court.
