Don has extensive experience in commercial, residential and resort property development. His expertise covers planning and environment and corporate law with a specialty focus on property.

Don provides high-level and strategic advice with much of his work in the past 20 years in the area of special projects.

Utilising his in-depth knowledge and experience across a range of disciplines, his broad industry knowledge has allowed him to successfully lead many special projects across both private and public sectors.

Accomplishments include his work as an advisor to government-sponsored task force committees and the drafting of the Queensland Government’s Integrated Planning Act. Additionally he was a member of a ministerial task force for the review of transport and other infrastructure.

In the private sector Don has also advised many organisations on project structuring and commercial reconstructions preceding company floats.
