David works with clients on construction and infrastructure projects across a broad range of sectors including government, project development, mining, utilities and not-for-profit organisations. He has particular experience advising state and local government clients on major projects and critical infrastructure operations and brings a strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks.
David advises clients across the full project lifecycle, from procurement strategy and tender documentation through to contract drafting, negotiations, project delivery, ongoing contract administration and resolution of issues across the life of the project. He has strong experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, from D&C and construct only contracts to alliancing and collaborative contract models including entire contract suites for some clients.
His contracts have been used on a wide variety of projects, ranging from public infrastructure and long-term asset maintenance projects for local governments to major residential projects for developers across multiple jurisdictions in Australia.
