McCullough Robertson’s Corporate M&A team has successfully advised Over The Wire Holdings Limited (OTW) on its $390.4 million sale to Aussie Broadband, via a scheme of arrangement.

OTW is a one stop shop for IT and telecommunications services, and owns an expansive carrier level network spanning Australia and New Zealand. The acquisition bolsters Aussie Broadband’s business segment, adding 16,000 business enterprise, government and wholesale customers, to Aussie’s 28,000 business customers and 410,000 residential customers.

McCullough Robertson has supported OTW since its ASX listing in December 2015, including on subsequent capital raisings and a number of strategic acquisitions for the group.
