Global leader in ecommerce, marketing automation, help desk and payments software company, Maropost, has acquired Queensland-based retail point of sale (POS) provider, Retail Express, in a deal valued in excess of CAD$50 million / AUD$55 million.

This strategic acquisition complements Maropost’s existing suite of software platforms and solutions. This is Maropost’s second acquisition in the past 12 months, following its purchase of Australian technology business, Neto, which McCullough Robertson also advised on.
