Leading independent law firm McCullough Robertson has announced the appointment of James Lynagh as a partner in the Insurance and Corporate Risk team based in Brisbane, effective 1 July 2025.
Mr Lynagh advises on a broad range of insurance issues including compliance, indemnity, liability, quantum, statutory entitlement and contribution, and acts for clients across the financial services, resources and mining, life sciences and local government sectors. James also has expertise managing and assisting clients to achieve insurance claims resolutions having experience with litigated and non-litigated claims for corporate risk management clients across a variety of industries and professions.
