Belinda specialises in intellectual property law and heads up our Intellectual Property practice. She advises clients in a wide range of industries on intellectual property protection and management, the development of new brands, franchising and compliance, opposition and infringement disputes, privacy and compliance and trade mark matters in Australia and internationally.
Operating a full-service trade marks practice, with over 4,000 trade marks under management, Belinda has a wealth of knowledge based on her dealings with IP Australia and facilitating the filing and management of trade marks on a world-wide basis.
